Composed of underground combined transformers, outdoor LV cabinets, light-box style LV protection enclosures, and precast underground transformer foundations, this fully preassembled underground power distribution system is factory-integrated for turnkey installation.

Designed as a next-generation solution to replace traditional civil-construction substations, European-style prefab substations, and American-style pad-mounted transformers, it integrates power transformation and distribution functions in a single modular system.

Product Features

● Compact Footprint

The landscape-type underground compact substation features a ground-level area of less than 3m² and an underground area of less than 6m², significantly reducing land occupation. It is ideal for land-scarce urban centers, commercial districts, and other areas with tight land resources.

With diverse exterior designs, it harmonizes seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, suitable for installation in lawns or green belts without visual disruption. Equipped with energy-efficient transformers, it effectively reduces no-load and load losses, cutting energy consumption and operational costs. The fully enclosed design ensures excellent insulation and heat dissipation, enhancing operational stability.

Requiring minimal site preparation, the substation allows simple, rapid installation. It can be positioned close to load centers for decentralized power supply, reducing investment in low-voltage cables and line losses.

Operating Conditions

1. Altitude: ≤1000m.

2. Ambient Temperature:

● Maximum air temperature: +40°C;

● Minimum air temperature: -40°C;

● Maximum monthly average temperature: +30°C;

● Maximum annual average temperature: +20°C.

3. Installation Environment:

● Free from explosive/corrosive liquids, gases, and dust;

● No severe vibration or impact at the installation site;

● Permitted to operate partially or fully submerged in water for limited periods.

4. Ground Acceleration (Seismic): Horizontal: <3m/s²; Vertical: <1.5m/s².

5. Power Supply Voltage Waveform: Approximately sinusoidal.

6. Three-Phase Power Symmetry: Three-phase supply voltages shall be roughly symmetrical.
