Product Features
- The fully insulated gas-insulated ring main switchgear is mounted on a galvanized steel frame. Switch units are housed in an SF6 gas chamber made of 3mm thick corrosion-resistant non-magnetic stainless steel. The SF6 chamber is a "hermetically sealed pressure system" designed for 30-year operation under normal conditions. The normal working pressure of SF6 gas is 0.15-0.4bar. The chamber is equipped with a pressure relief device to release gas from the bottom or rear in case of over pressure.
- Load switches adopt a coaxial rotating double-break mechanism, operated via a single access hole in conjunction with a sliding plate. This ensures the switch can only be in one of three states ("closed, open, earthed") at any time, eliminating misoperations.
- The switch operating mechanism is installed on the front exterior of the gas chamber, treated with anti-corrosion processes for easy manual operation/maintenance. It also supports straightforward electrification upgrades.
