CPC splicing fittings are widely used as overhead line fittings for power transmission projects, suitable for 10kv-220kv power lines.
Made of high-purity aluminum 1050/1060 (Al≥99.5%), the fitting adopts bright polishing and passivation anti-rust surface treatment, featuring excellent corrosion resistance. It is connected by hydraulic compression method, compatible with AAC, AAAC, ACSR conductors.
The grip strength reaches ≥95% of conductor rated breaking strength, ensuring reliable electrical and mechanical connection. Its working temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C, adapting to complex outdoor environments.
Specifications cover CPC-16 to CPC-800, fitting conductors with cross-section 16-800mm². Standard package is carton box with inner poly bag for safe transportation.
