Product Details
SYG-ZQ-50 Bimetallic Compression Connector is designed for connecting LGJ-50/8 overhead aluminum conductors to copper equipment terminals. It is manufactured with an aluminum base and a thin copper cladding layer using our proprietary brazing-clad copper-aluminum metallurgical composite process.
The copper-aluminum interface features 100% metallurgical bonding without a traditional weld seam, helping reduce contact resistance, temperature rise, power loss and electrochemical corrosion. Compared with conventional brazed products, key electrical performance indicators can be improved by up to 30–40%, depending on test conditions.
