Product Overview
A copper liquid cold plate with friction stir welded construction for concentrated heat loads. Custom passages and interfaces connect the mounting surface to the equipment coolant loop.

Construction & Cooling Design
The copper base spreads heat from the component contact area into the internal coolant passages. An FSW joint seals the assembled structure. Channel routing, plate dimensions and ports are selected together for the installation.
