Heat Sinks & Liquid Cold Plates

Custom thermal manufacturing.
Built around your equipment.

SUNENG supplies custom heat sinks and liquid cold plates for power electronics, energy storage and industrial equipment. Start with a drawing, a reference part or the space and cooling requirements of your equipment.

The manufacturing route, sample scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for your project. CNC machining supports the product; it is not the limit of the service.

Two product routes. Your application comes first.

Custom Heat Sinks

For projects considering air cooling, define the installation envelope and the heat source before choosing the component geometry.

  • Base dimensions, contact surfaces and mounting holes.
  • Fin geometry, airflow direction and space around the assembly.
  • Material, surface finish and prototype quantity.

Liquid Cold Plates

For projects using a liquid cooling loop, review the plate together with its interfaces and operating conditions, not as a standalone machined block.

  • Heat-source locations, contact area and temperature targets.
  • Coolant, inlet conditions, available flow and allowable pressure drop.
  • Connection ports, sealing requirements and agreed leak-test criteria.

Example: Embedded Tube Cold Plate

This published product shows one available construction. Plate dimensions, tube route and coolant connections are reviewed against your drawing and application.

From the drawing to an agreed sample.

Review the material, dimensions, mounting interfaces and proposed manufacturing route before sampling. Confirm the inspection scope and the evidence needed to release the part for production.

A dimensional sample and a validated cooling assembly are not the same approval. Agree which thermal, sealing and installation checks your project requires, and how those checks will be performed.

What should you send for a useful quotation?

A complete drawing is helpful, but you can start with the information you have. Tell us what is fixed, what can change and which requirements still need review.

Performance, test methods, lead time and production quantity are confirmed against the project requirements, rather than a generic website specification.
