Product Overview
JY type splice sleeve is an oval hydraulic connecting structure precision extruded from high-purity electrical aluminum. It is a load-bearing connecting fitting for ACSR conductors in 10kV to 35kV overhead transmission lines. When crimped by a hydraulic press, it tightly engages with the steel core and aluminum strands, providing high tensile strength and reliable electrical connection. Ideal for permanent middle connection, line repair, broken wire restoration and conductor extension projects.
