A one-piece metal cold plate with straight, deep-drilled coolant passages. The design combines gun drilling and CNC machining for industrial cooling installations.

Construction & Cooling Design
Coolant flows through holes drilled directly into the solid plate. Channel ends are sealed and the mounting surfaces and connections are machined to the drawing. This construction uses straight passages rather than a large-area welded cover.
