OEM & ODM for Power Line Components

Start from a drawing, reference sample or application requirement. We review eligible custom fittings and connection components for tooling, sampling and small-batch trial production.

A faster path to a trial part.

The timing below is a fastest target for eligible parts after technical and production conditions are confirmed. It is not a fixed lead time for every product.

What can enter feasibility review.

Custom development is assessed against the application, material, process, quantity and verification requirement. The workflow is most relevant to non-standard fittings, terminals and connection components.

  • Power-line hardware with a defined mechanical interface
  • Metal terminals, connectors and flexible connection parts
  • Parts based on an existing drawing or physical reference sample
  • Packaging, marking and document requirements for project supply

The information that moves development forward.

  1. Define the part

Share the drawing, sample, dimensions, material and application conditions available.

  2. Review feasibility

Confirm process, tooling route, quantity, tolerance and open technical questions.

  3. Prepare the sample

Coordinate tooling and a reviewable trial part against the confirmed requirement.

  4. Approve the trial

Use the agreed inspection or application checks before moving toward a production order.

Production is only one part of the handover.

Sample review, verification, packing and document requirements should be defined alongside the part itself.

Are 3-day tooling and 7-day samples guaranteed for every part?

No. They are fastest targets for eligible parts after the drawing, material, process, quantity and production slot are confirmed. Complex tooling, special materials or additional verification require more time.

Can I place a small trial order?

Small-batch trial orders can be reviewed for eligible components. The practical minimum depends on material, process, tooling and setup requirements.

Can development start from a physical sample?

Yes, where the sample can provide enough dimensional and material information. A drawing and application details still make feasibility review more reliable.

Does this workflow apply to refurbished transformers?

No. Transformer refurbishment follows an inspection and equipment review workflow rather than a tooling and rapid-sampling process.

Bring the drawing, sample or application requirement.

We will identify the missing technical inputs and confirm whether the part fits the OEM or ODM development workflow.
