1. Product Materials

Clamp body, clamping plate, grounding ring: High-strength cast aluminum alloy, surface passivated for corrosion resistance

Fastening bolts, nuts, flat washers, and spring washers: Carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized

Outer insulating cover: Flame-retardant silicone rubber/modified engineering plastic, weather-resistant and anti-aging

2. Applicable Voltage

Rated Application: 10 kV overhead insulated distribution lines (≤12 kV) Applicable Cables: 10 kV overhead insulated aluminum conductors Standards: GB/T 2314, DL/T 765

⚠️For use only with insulated distribution line conductors; not suitable for bare conductors or high-voltage transmission lines

Electrical Performance: Low contact resistance; capable of dissipating residual induced voltage and short-circuit fault currents in the line

Mechanical Performance: Designed for long-term outdoor operation; clamping structure resists loosening; resistant to low temperatures and UV aging

Functions: Attaching grounding wires during power outages for maintenance, line voltage testing, and fault discharge
